JCGT site improvements and new RSS feed

JCGT has had several web infrastructure improvements over the past few months. Probably only a few will be externally visible. First, we've moved our hosting to Amazon's CDN, which should significantly improve site and paper loading time for those of you outside the US. Second, as an oft-requested feature, we now have an RSS feed of both papers and news items (like this one). The most recent few papers now appear on the main page, though the read link will still get you to all published papers.

Of course, the existing methods of finding out about new JCGT papers still exist: @JCGT_announce on twitter, the Journal of Computer Graphics Techniques page on Facebook, and the JCGT_announce@groups.google.com email list.
